6. Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift Cards and Store Credit:

  • are valid for 3 years from the date of issue
  • are redeemable exclusively at bysid.com.au
  • are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

Any remaining balance will stay available for future use.

If items purchased with a Gift Card are returned, the value will be reissued as store credit.

BY SID is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly issued Gift Cards.

7. Promotions

From time to time, we may offer promotions or private codes.

These are:

  • non-transferable
  • not redeemable for cash
  • limited to one per order unless otherwise stated

All codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any promotion where misuse or error is suspected.

Promoter
This competition is run by By Sid Pty Ltd (“By Sid”), Australia.

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees of By Sid and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period

  • Entries close at 7:00am AEST on 23 April 2026.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the competition period:

  • Follow @bysid on Instagram
  • Like the competition post
  • Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments (each additional tag counts as a separate entry)
  • Subscribe to the By Sid mailing list via the link provided

Bonus Entry:

  • Share the competition post to Instagram Stories and tag @bysid. Entrants must have a public profile at the time of entry for verification.

Incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a $1000 AUD By Sid digital gift voucher.
  • The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The draw will take place on 23 April 2026 at 9:00am AEST.
  • The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message.
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, By Sid reserves the right to redraw the prize.

General Conditions

Liability
