RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Initiating a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email returns@bysid.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

Once your return has been approved, you will have an additional 7 days to send the item back to us.

Returns sent without prior approval, or outside of these timeframes, will not be accepted.


Change of Mind

We accept change of mind returns within the above timeframe.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned with all tags attached

  • Sent back in original packaging where possible

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as By Sid is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and approved, you may choose:

  • An exchange (subject to availability)

  • Store credit, valid for 12 months

  • A refund to your original payment method

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at returns@bysid.com.au within 7 days of delivery, including a description and supporting images.In these instances, return shipping will be covered by By Sid.
You may choose a repair, replacement, or full refund.


Final Sale

 

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless deemed faulty.


Australian Consumer Law

 

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults, and to have any other issues remedied in accordance with consumer guarantees.
